Will Your Buildings Get Wet? Keeping buildings dry is important for looking after the building and also for looking after the people inside that building. WUFI® software allows designers and building professionals to avoid expensive mistakes by predicting the flow of moisture and heat through a building element. New Zealand needs more WUFI® Professionals! To sign up for WUFI® training at the pro clima HUB, select your course and register now!
WUFI® & Wine
Your introduction to WUFI® with nibbles, drinks and networking.
Join us for a short introduction and find out what WUFI® is all about, along with a drink or two. It will increase your knowledge and make it easy for you decide what WUFI® training to undertake.
WUFI® Basics (1D)
You will be provided with an introduction to the science of coupled heat and moisture analysis and material properties.
Participants will learn what hygrothermal modelling and WUFI® software is capable of, become confident to request an analysis from a practitioner and will become able to understand the results of modelling.
WUFI® User (1D)
You will be provided with competency in one dimensional hygrothermal modelling of building elements such as walls, roofs and floors using WUFI® Pro.
Participants will become able to set up and run a WUFI® 1D simulation of a building element. They will also become able to interpret and present the results of the simulation.
Advanced WUFI® (2D)
You will be provided with competency in two dimensional hygrothermal modelling of building structures using WUFI® 2D.
Participants will become able to set up and run a WUFI® 2D simulation of a building structure such as a wall-floor connection. They will also be able to interpret and present the results of the simulation.
